I have a similar question. I am a composer, and I want to use a specific designer's fonts as titles for my musical works. His licensing agreement specifies "It may NOT be used for commercial purposes or sold in anyway". I'm assuming that statement means that I can't use his fonts in the manner I've expressed? I'm not selling the font itself, but it would be embedded in a larger work, one which would be for sale. I have tried and tried in vain to reach the designer Gregory J. Griffin (see my post above). Despite having an extensive catalog of works, he seems to have fallen off the face of the Earth.

Does anyone have any contact information for font designer Gregory J. Griffin, whose fonts are know collectively as "Nght's Place"? The email (NghtMvs101@aol.com), and web address (http://homes.acmecity.com/music/easylistening/87/index.html) from his Read Me.txt don't seem to be valid. Thanks!
