I know the main font here’s been identified as Bank Gothic, but any chance knowing where the “A” comes in at? It seems to be their new logo (newer than the old one).

I don't think that's the font for 'LOWER'. If you look closely, the point where the two middle legs of 'W' meet should roughly line up a quarter of the height of the gap within the top two legs of 'E'. Can we try to find the font for 'STANDARDS' as well, please?
