I think it is Big Caslon CC. If you wanted to have the different color inside with a black outline, you could easily do so by downloading it here: http://www.fontbureau.com/fonts/BigCaslon/ (it's not free) and then going to Powerpoint and selecting Format > Text Fill > Gray > Text Outline > Black.
