"Ragnarok" ist most probably custom made, the other text is ugly Arial.

I guess it's a Freeware font and not a commercial one.
Looks like those Pacman fonts, but I don't know which one exactly.
koeiekat a dit TypeLight's trial, like Fontlab's isn't fully functional so you can play with it but not create a font with it.
Type Light is definitely Freeware and fully functional, albeit missing a few functions from the commercial version. Just make sure you download the correct installation file for the free version.

Someone that paid for and owns Adobe CS3 should be able to do a simple task like installing fonts.
Looks like handwriting and not a full typeface.
My suggestion might be a bit farstretched. I think it's Sketchtools though.
