turns out it isnt actually a static file! the font is Gotham but i cant seem to find it, but in my opinion Metropolis Bold is the best alternative in this case

it looks very similar to Didot LT Pro Bold Italic.

judging by the edges of the e and m, this is possibly a static file, i can try to find something similar though
