Yes, it's wrong.
The most obvious clue is that the upper loop of the B is much smaller than the lower one in the OP's image.
In Comfortaa, the upper loop is smaller too, but nowhere near that much.
I'll let you take a closer look at the other two letters and see for yourself just how wrong it is.

No, but Segoe would be a pretty good alternative considering it's also based on Frutiger.
