Sur le site FreeLangue, il y a assez peu de chose pour le polonais.

Mais sur leur forum, il y a quelques spécialistes de cette langue. Peut-être pourront-ils t'indiquer des sites où tu trouveras ton bonheur.

Sinon, il te reste à mettre ta frontale et à aller fouiller dans les adresses de Luc Devrove.

But the fonts I've looked at aren't the 100% pure likenesses in that of the picture above.

It's not possible to have 100% pure likenesses of that image with a font.
Look : the "l" of "all" and of "folks" are différents, idem for the "a" of "That" and "all", idem for the "s".

It's clearly a font but I don't know what font (it exist many many handwroten fonts).
