This is a font out of Arsenal by Chufarofsky and Slutsker - I cannot find you a link, but if you are the person that put this together, please check your font library for a_Writ Italic.

Ultra88 always comes up with really great looking fonts - and no one knows them - or the company's they come from have exclusive rights. so he/she was probably happy to get a substitute...
It's full name is Patrick Hand SC - it is a stand alone Small Cap font on Google.
FYI - if you ever go looking for this font - it's real name is Spring LP - otherwise, without that LP you most likely won't find it.
