Can not be found or be used because this font belongs to Channel 4 in the UK. that Font is hard to find and get. If you want that font email and I can give it to you by free
Channel4 uses since 2005 the C4 font family designed exclusively for Channel4 by FontSmith.

That Rainbow is an uncorrected trace of a jpg and only suitable for small font sizes. Otherwise the irregularities become visible.
