Modified? Modified? Modified? Every single character is different. Thus not a font. There is nothing around that can reproduce this thingie, so merely a made with but never ever an exact match.

The ? does not match but try the Albertus condensed to 60%. The Albertus has been given a lot of names. The Narkisim uses the Latin characters of the Albertus. Here on dafont is a freebee that looks a bit the same, the Village.
