The "r" is very familiar trying to place it - but the rest of the letters look like Humanist 521 Extra Bold condensed by human on machine -

Perhaps you can do it in Adobe Photoshop? and and of course, de nada.

Neither one exact - but both can be modified easily... in a pinch.

I can't tell if it is or isn't - but the "R" is a Trade Gothic R

Looks like you can recreate the effects in Adobe Illustrator.

Due to the extreme differences in the letter A - I would venture to think this was hand lettered and not a font.

They may have used the extended and then condensed slightly on the machine.

Has many names - like Microgramma or some made up Bitstream name (because they wouldn't pay for the royalties to use the real name.)
