"Cuidado com a" is hand-painted for sure. I'd say that, in this case specifically, "Alice" is hand-painted as well, but I've seen variants of this meme and most used brush fonts.

I have plenty of similar fonts in my collection but no exact match. Is there a font with this E and M (please check here for M http://www.portal42.com.br/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/desventuras.png)? I've checked glyphs for the ones I own but no cigar.

Both are Blooming Elegant. The pack consists of three different fonts: Blooming Elegant (Regular, Monoline and Monoline Bold), Blooming Elegant Sans (Regular and Bold) and Blooming Elegant Hand (Handwriting).

Edit: Forget it, I have it and compared and the bottom font is not Blooming Elegant Sans.

This does not seem to be a font.
