I don't know this font, but if you are in a pinch - check out Dax Medium - very similar but not the same.

They used the alterative letters (see M and R here: http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/adobe/poetica/regular/glyphs.html) and made it upright

Also close is California Grotesk http://myfonts.us/td-oLHMXT which is what I thought it was when I first looked at it. If no one else can figure it out, maybe one of these will work in a pinch.
