this T is very unbalanced, i'd say it's not coming from a font.
If you really need this T, and only this letter, you can create it in 20 seconds in any graphics software.
sorry, i can't help you on that one... but you should definitely use the 'T' from Manday font, as the final result is inconsistent and quite ugly.
