Pinkfong uses a proprietary font called Pinkfong BabyTuxedo. it's near impossible to find.

You are right, according to fonts embedded in pdf files, they use Pinkfong-BabyTuxedo. They also use a bouncy version called Pinkfong-Play. Unfortunately, neither is the font requested up here.
