@ Heron2001:
Valentina is closer than anything I found.
Love the style for the _f_. A simlar _f_ is found in Streamline, but the rest of the letters are wrong.
Any suggestions as to fonts with this style of _f_

+++

Image is tiny. I did some work on it and was able to get something that could be used to font the letters:

Police suggérée : Streamline

Perhaps these letters were based on DiamanteEF Bold with the counters expanded horizontally and the chin of _G_ converted from a chamfer to a right angle, like so:

Minion Black, an Adobe font designed by Robert Slimbach in 1990, with width expanded by logo maker.

Compare the logo to Identifont's specimen of Minion Black:

Unfortunately Minion Black is no longer offered by Adobe.
Link is to the current offering of Minion Pro.

Element, a Grotesk-Gotische Shrift, by Max Bittrof for Bauer, 1933. This style is sometimes called Jackboot Blackletter.
Digitized by Gerhard Helzel.
See p. 16 of the pdf Schriftmappe offered for download at his website.
You have to deal with him direct to purchase his fonts.

Another image of _Refreshing_ _Feeling_

Seems that this is Coca-Cola's version of the sho-card script lettering styles used in late 1940s and early 1950s.
AFAIK it has not been made into a font.

The lower case has some similarity to Filmotype Lucky, published in 1953. Note: THIS FONT WAS PROBABLY NOT USED IN MAKING _Refreshing_ _Feeling_.

Police suggérée : Filmotype Lucky

Looks like custom lettering.
Skew the logo left 13 degrees:

and you can compare the letters to some fonts with chamfered and square corners.
For example, Jersey M54. Note: This is PROBABLY NOT THE FONT USED TO MAKE THE LETTERS.

Police suggérée : Jersey M54

Thanks for the source.
Several points.

This is an 1874 reprint of Caslon's 1841 specimen book.

This is one of the earliest versions of a font style called Grotesque or Grotesk [Gothic in the U.S.]

Compare your ultra large point size specimen with smaller ones, such the ten line

and the two line [which shows the full alphabet and the &.

Note that as the size decreases the counters open, so that the font becomes less bold. In circa 1841 the punches for all sizes were individually cut without the assistance of a pantograph for scaling.

Caslon did not publish a name for the font, other than "compressed" but copies were later sold as English Grotesque and, in the U.S., as English Gothic.

AFAIK there is no digital revival of Caslon's English Grotesque Condensed.

The closest substitute I found is based on grotesques released by Stephenson Blake, a 19th century competitor to caslon.

See Bureau Grot Condensed Black. Also Bureau Grot Compressed Black.

Police suggérée : Bureau Grot

@ jerseygirl

So far no exact match. Perhaps a unique logo?
Rockwell is NOT A MATCH but is possibly the source for these letters.
A little too wide.
Different treatment of vertex on _W_.
Bowl on _R_ not deep enough.
