I think the Letraset scan deserves the green. It's the most likely source used in the posted picture.

The letter outlines in the "Line" and "Opaque" versions are different (e.g. C, G). They don't have the Opaque "3" shown in the image. It probably has "Pac-Man" style diagonal cutouts.

Looks like one of the, so called, NBA fonts, e.g. NBA 76ers font. Not sure about copyright/schmopyright.

The proportions looks like the original Baby Teeth font by Milton Glaser

Bebit is an "almost" match except for the E.
The proportions for the E in Fatty Patty fit the sample better, but the P and R don't match 100%.
Go figure.
