I thought the "C" & "T" might be Impact that had been italicized, but it apparently is not... :(
"alico" & "heory" do appear to be impact however...

I was finally able to identify this font, but since I can't find a link to purchase it, I'm not posting a link. The only place I can find it is from rip-off font sites.
