Agreed, this one is difficult....
Closest I could find was "Gayathri Bold 700" on google web fonts, but that is not the font because there are some differences... like small letter "a" and punctuation...

This font was Created By Rob Leuschke Designs and is called Star (struk)?? but I do not think is is publicly available as I cannot find it anywhere.... (see link). Maybe sold the rights to whomever made the cartoon??
