I have no idea why they used the SpongeBob font in a Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends toy

Ok, It's actually not, but it's similar. I still can't find a download link 
I think it should be Fronte della Giovenù. It's the most similar font I could find. Sadly, I couldn't find a download link. Sorry
