I hope someone can find this font for you. But, if in the meanwhile you need a substitute I'd recommend Light Snap 2 Sans Serif.

I would think the designer created this for their client to give them a custom look. It could be duplicated by modifying a base font like Handel Gothic, Niamey, Simplex Display SSK, etc.

NOT THE FONT - I'm sorry I couldn't find it. However, if it were a project I was working on and needed a substitute I'd use Riesling. Not the font, but the same flavor.
