I don't seem able to locate an exact match. I have found two fonts that, if you need a substitute, could be used.

MGB Patrician, designed by Don Munson, includes the alternative letters. I think you can only get them now is from a transfer sheet.

It makes a great substitute, and why I did not submit it as the actual font, only similar to the one you need. I'm sure the same type designer did both.

tmc is watch.ttf by type designer Arif Pumomo. It is no longer on myfonts.com. I'm sorry, I cannot find a legitimate link for you. I hope you have it in your library and just forgot the name.

I think this might be Lock Clock Light, but there are no legitimate links to provide you with.
