This looks like it was based on Bookman Bold Italic with a swash S - from when there were alternatives. A similar font today would be Bookmania. Check the glyphs...

The letters don't match. Most likely handwritten and no a font.
Are you sure this is a font? The Rs, Es, Is don't match when repeated.
Si e Cia was set in Snell Roundhand, fattened up by stroke and then slightly condensed manually
