Help me identify this one! I know it's a common one..but, can't for the life of me place it, name it, or find it on my computer!!!

that "c" could be a modified "o". Maybe it's based on Bauhaus and/or Blippo (aka Bauhaus 93)

Awesome! thank you SashiX!!!!! those are spot on! I think Blippo must have been the one I was thinking of.. almost exact except for the 'e' which may have been changed from the original font..how many people know about old school letraset!! lol. Where you had to rub the font onto paper~!!!
