Nope, it's a commercial font.

If you have a look through the Dafont themes (sans-serif or groovy, for example) it would only take you a couple of minutes to find some thing similar.

It's not "Helvetica Rounded" it's "AG Book Rounded BQ", look at the "A" and the "R".
