I've searched through a lot of fonts and ran this through font identifier websites but was unable to identify it.
Hoping somewhere here may have seen it before or know what it is.

After searching last night, I located the font and can now answer my own question. Ha ha.
It's Sparky Dream font by Letterhend.
Thanks to anyone that tried looking.
