I downloaded it on ibis paint x a long time ago and i can't seem to find it again. In ibis paint x it appears as "Cherish"

It's a custom font from a one of pixelbit

to any one still trying to find it it can only be found of this Japanese website I found lol.

you can find this font predownloaded in ibspaintx (a drawing app for mobile users)
ibspaintx uses fonts from japanese websites so ur gonna have to download it with a translator 😭
