A client of mine is trying to identify the font of these digits of this home sign

Palatino  Suggérée par Utah Teapot 

Palatino narrows it down, but I can't seem to find a thin variation that matches those numbers.

It seems the numbers have been manually stretched in the program/software used to make them.
