My pseudo is Denk and in 2009 I created a font called SKOV which was used without my authorisation in 2011 in the music video called "all of the lights", performed by Kanye West feat. Rihanna and Kid Cudi : 227 millions views. I just noticed that few days ago.
The licence I selected is free for personal use only.
What am I supposed to do ? Any similar case ? May I ask for my rights ?
My font appears 2 times, one occurs just before the def jam recordings logo.
Any advice will be welcome.

Thank you Toto, I'm in touch with my juridic protection, waiting for their answer because copyright case is actually excluded but they would make an exception.
