How to submit a font and accept by dafont?
Citer Updates are reviewed manually indeed. I can see you have submitted several updates today. Those will be reviewed a bit later today most likely.

Your font BLOCK PIE has a kerning problem (you should have received an email for that)

Sorry you haven't received an answer yet, you only submitted your font 48 hours ago. I reviewed it and unfortunately, it has a few issues. First of all, it doesn't have kerning or spacing and it would really be necessary. There is also an alignement problem because some characters seem to be well above the baseline for no reason. Finally, the thickness of the letters is very inconsistant. If you feel like you can fix these issues, then you can absolutely submit it again in the future. I hope it helps.
I have a question, what happens when the fonts were oversized but it aligns well with baselines?
Also I submitted a font and I think I fixed all of the issues of my font from the site I created it.

I submitted a font a few months ago (Verisimmilitude) and it was not accepted. I didn't receive an email and was just wondering what I would need to do to fix it in order for it to be resubmitted for consideration?

It has been about 8 months for my font "Lugoj" (yes, I uploaded it 2x in a short time span, but that is because i made some small fixes between the two versions) - did not receive any notification of it being rejected, but also it's not online.
