It is a registered trademark - therefore it is possible that this was created for Simon G. If I had to make a guess, I'd say that a typeface was used for the S and G, and then another font used for the imon.

If I were faking it - I'd use a Garamond Light Italic for "mon"

I think I'd be playing with Parisian for the S
