Momotokio uses this font too for her 2 old Youtube videos. One video about how to make Android phone cute and one video about how to make iPhone^©®™ cute. I've no idea where she find it.
Also, an Indonesian LINE user named "Hantu TimeLine" ever using it.

This font used at most parts of LINE. Stickers, announcements, games, etc. Most parts accompanied of using Rubrik font. Rubrik is an expensive font, close to Fontlab's license price.
