The website for _The Head Bloomer_ http://theheadbloomer.com/ uses Playfair Display, a google webfont.
Compare the logo for _The Head Bloomer_ with the phrase _The Head Bloomer_ which appears above the word _HATS_ and you will observe that they are the same except the letters of the logo have a greater height to width ratio, which for the lowercase seems to consist of the addition of a middle section using straight line vertical strokes.
This suggest that an edited Playfair Display is a match for the logo.

Thanks for jumping in first to help. I like your logic. I have used the suggested font but its doesn't match when stretched. For example The e character quite different, I would upload a image but i this forum doesn't appear to have the option

Pretty sure this is Charles Daoud's Voga. The medium weight is available for free on Myfonts.
