What font would be the closest to that of the Title Font, "Suppressed Duck"?

The Wizard's Magic Font seems close...

But the other two fonts doesn't seem to match.

Because when you give an answer, you should always fill the Font Name and URL fields (at least once). Otherwise, it won't be counted as an answer in the forum stats, and people won't be able to see it where it's supposed to be (right under OP's image).

There seem to be a lot of unwritten rules, maybe they should have them in guidelines (like the ones they have for creating a new topic)? ie the permalinks, etc.

Baileywick Curley looks ok, but not an exact match. I can't seem to test it.

Lambaba has some matches, but not alot.

The other 3 fonts aren't that good of a match.

I think Wizard's Magic may be the closest.

Unless if there any others that might be a good match.

This is hand lettering by an animator. In 1965. You're never going to find a match font because it was never a font.
