It doesn't say any author, so I don't know if its free to use or not.

Can anyone help me here?

No wonder that whoever uploaded this here did not mention his/her name. It is a renamed Futura Display, sold by Linotype, URW and Elsner&Flake or the Deco Display by Softmaker which in itself is a clone of the Futura Display.
