Ive been searching the internet for hours and I cannot seem to find out what font is in this attached jpeg. Its from a client who has only this from an old logo. I really would rather not spend 3 or 4 hours tracing every single letter. Please help me find the name of this font. I would be so grateful.

@Phaldun Drawing fonts with the pen tool is such good practice, except when customers send in really fuzzy images and you're left
wondering what the hell it is, lol.
