No font in Window's folder but in MS Office while using Word. How come?

It seems like Helvetica is a major problem when I visit one site (MyNewsdesk.com)while using Google Crome. All text except the headlines turn into unreadable wierd glyphs. Using Firefox and Explorer is no problem. I can not find any Helvetica fonts in the Window folder.

I have mailed the company (and also Google Chrome, without no answer). The company think the problem is a broken font, Helvetica (Neue)(?). (But how can I read the headlines if the font is broken...?) Anyway, they told me this, after finding similar problem on Google Chromes forum:

1 - Delete ALL Helvetica fonts, from your font folder.
2 - Go to your Registry Editor and delete every Helvetica entry.
(Start -> type 'regedit', then press ctrl+F e type 'helvetica')
3 - Install/repair your MS Office 2007/2010/2013.

But there is no Helvetica at all in the Window font folder! The strange thing is that I can use Helvetica (TrueType) in Word, Excel etc. I also work in Adobe suite, and there is also Helvetica (TT), in Indegn for example. But the fonts in Indesign I guess, are inbedded in the program/another folder(?). Where is the Helvetica installed? Or is this the real problem; a conflict or similar, that there is no Helvetica in the font folder but it says there is an Helvetica in Word? (maybe it is no real Helvetica in Word...)

the only place i see Helvetica Neue on their site is in their stylesheet.
there's only Arial on their website, it seems they forgot to link the Helvetica Neue font file.

They use "Helvetica Neue",Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif when I check the source code, but it does not seem to solve my problem... :-(
