There is a font I have been searching for for over 3 weeks. I can not find it and I can not remake it. If any one could help I would greatly appreciate the help. The font I am looking for is the "Hewlett" one. Thanks in advance.

This is a fit, but there is no 'inline' version so best guess is that it is an effect added later (Stroke aligned to the inside of the glyphs after they have been converted to outlines perhaps?)
