I found these characters on the net and was wondering how to actually find/type them? and What are they? I believe they are built into Asian-> English keyboards or something... I tried copypaste and search in google but google just treats them as normal English characters.

yup, they normally use that type of font without anti-aliasing (pixel alike) for english words. Adobe products usually comes with fonts like that (Mincho, Meiryo, etc). Anyway, any font without anti-aliasing can look like that

For me, your samples look like a latin characters.
