Because I have at least 2 Windows fonts almost identical...

First I thought, it was Arno Pro, but it isn't.
What confuses me are the figures ...

Well, looks like 'Arabic Typesetting', but my copy (Windows Vista) maybe is a bit thicker... 
So could be the latin characters of either Arabic Typesetting, Microsoft Ulighur, or DaunPenh:
