Ive download the zip file, first time I've ever downloaded a font. But it's not importing into my mac. It flashes real fast saying validating file and then nothing happens. any suggestions?

I’ve downloaded “The Skinny” font but the only one that shows up on my Cricut is the BOLD font and not the thinner one? What do I need to do?
