Looks like one of the neuropol (i'd say Neuropolitical but it's thinner and the i does not fit)

ohhh... wait a second... this was a joke!
The zip file contain a single otf file which as only one character that is the exact vector of the image above. Might have benn done from the image rather than the opposit.
Strange. And useless.
Can you make a trojan from an OTF ??
