For the _S_, another close font is Wedding Text [also Mariage]. Rest of the font is different from _Shields Gazette_.

The _S_ and _G_ have some similarities to the design used in Engravers Old English by Morris Fuller Benton in 1901.
As for the _e_ I can find nothing closer than the one in Xanthippe NF, suggested by Heron2001.
