There is a stroke added to the font... If you look closely, you can see a white line in the font, this is created by Illustrator when printing separations on a stroked font...
Pretty sure this is two different fonts...
"TEEN"
this is similar, don't know if it's the right font though, the "c" is different, and you'd have to manually adjust the spacing...

The bending is done by the program, Illustrator, InDesign, etc... Might be possible in Microsoft Word or Publisher, but I'm not familiar with how to do it...

I agree, look in the "Gothic" section of dafonts.com...there might be something there you could use...
Any help is appreciated! Similar is fine, doesn't have to be exact.
