that's what i thought too, but when looking closely you'll find some matches with Levi Brush. Modified, yes.

grmmblblbl... i'm starting to think you can't read, have you only tried the links i provided? like this one in my previous post "or try asking here : http://kevinandamanda.com/fonts/fontsforpeas/how-to-get-your-handwriting-as-a-font/ "?

ok, i think i got it! you downloaded the image of the character map (like this one http://www.dafont.com/img/charmap/i/n/ink_in_the_meat0.png) you've printed it, completed with your own handwriting and scanned it, that's right?
You need a font creation program then (see link from menhir, just above). You should buy Scanfont, it'll turn your scanned stuffs into font. You can also try some sites that provide such services for few bucks like this one : http://www.fontifier.com/ or try asking here : http://kevinandamanda.com/fonts/fontsforpeas/how-to-get-your-handwriting-as-a-font/

i don't understand anything here........ Which template? Where did you downloaded it? is there such a thing on dafont??

May 07, 2011 at 14:36  [reply]  asking for a password

you should come here and say directly : "Hi, i'm trying to install this font : "http://www.dafont.com/fr/ink-in-the-meat.font (for example)" and it's not working. I've got this error message : "Place EXACT error message here""
With this little phrase, with this very little info, we had answered you in 1 shot ! is that really so hard ? We are a bunch of passionates here, happy to share knowledge but it's a pain in the ass to worm information out everytime... sorry if i offended you, this wasn't the goal of my message. In fact, i had thought to the admin rights problem, but your message was so vague that it didn't match. See? better communication, efficient results... simple!
Oh and for your information, english is not my first language. I'm french and i'm trying to do my best. Something to say about my grammar and spelling? Please DO!! i'm here to LEARN, So do you... you should take this as a lesson (you know, as i am smarter than everyone i can give you lessons )

If this is an incorrect ascender or descender problem (don't know, didn't installed the font), you should contact the author of the font to make him aware of this problem.

May 06, 2011 at 09:27  [reply]  asking for a password

no fonts are password protected here... You should give us the name of the font you are trying to install, or better : make a screen capture of the error message.
Why do people are always so inacurate when asking for help ? WHY ?

May 05, 2011 at 09:14  [reply]  Opentype Fonts

What is saying Kat is that OTF or TTF Publisher handles them the same way and doesn't use the opentype features (ligatures, alternates,...)
a great site to find new fonts : http://www.dafont.com here you'll find a big bunch of font in various styles that will work in your Publisher (even if they are TTF)

May 03, 2011 at 09:50  [reply]  Problème police Waltograph
