1/ La fonte LFP est une typo exclusive pour la ligue de foot. Elle est réservée je pense uniquement aux professionnels chargés officiellement du flocage des maillots. Essayez d'en demander une copie directement à la LFP ou demandez des précisions à Eric de Berranger. C'est un typographe français assez renommé qui trainait quelques fois sur le forum de dafont (avant sa fermeture en 2005). Il était assez à cheval sur les questions de droits d'auteur et je ne pense pas que ça ai changé ! Donc s'il vous dis "impossible d'utiliser cette typo", croyez-le.

2/ Je ne connais pas font editor, mais il vous suffit d'illustrator pour faire vos découpes. Attention, copier les caractères et en faire une typo peut être considéré comme de la contre-façon : de la fonte d'une fonte,et des maillots d'autre part... Là je ne sais pas ce qui est autorisé en la matière, renseignez vous bien et vérifiez que vous avez bien le droit de le faire avant de commercialiser quoi que ce soit...

The font is used on all the products they sell in the theme park. To use a font in this way you must aquire a license. There is a commercial license. They didn't respect this license. They're getting sued. Period.
Questionning the artistic process to make this font isn't releavent. Public domain means... public domain ! you are allowed to digitize yourself Cezanne's handwritting and turn it into a font and then sell your own font, if you want. The license is here to retribute the hours/months/years they put into making this font.
Do a better job if you can or pay the license if you need the font, plain and simple

Anyway, Daaams got the point here. Making an image or vector doesn't imply to modify the font file... This is forbidden (at least in my fonts, it's even in the readme).

Pas d'autres solutions que le copié collé pour ces caractères unicode dans windows à part peut-être en utilisat ce logiciel : http://allchars.zwolnet.com/ (pas testé)
