Found various similar fonts but no match.
Contrax SemiBold Italic was the closest.

An inline version of Rudof Koch's Neuland. There is a Monotype version, which looks like a match, but it does not seem to be currently available.

Revue, suggested by TRADE SIGNS, would work, if edited to fill in the stencil cuts.
Previous logo used Handel Gothic Bold. Replace the curved _E_ with an angular one, and it is close.
The lhs of _w_ is customized by pasting sections from _n_ and/or other letters

Bitstream version of City Bold.
City Bold by Georg Trump for Berthold, 1930 with stencil cuts for _A_ and _R_ applied by user.
Movie released in 1981 so the letters were not then available as a digital font. AFAIK there was not a photo-type version either.
The title uses an alphabet published by Luca Pacioli in his 1509 mathematical treatise _De divina proportione_. In this book, Pacioli describes how to build the Roman alphabet geometrically using lines, squares and circles.
A digital revival was released by MAD type as Pacioli in 2007.

These Art Deco letters are probably custom for the manufacturer.
Rimouski Light could be used as a substitute.
