A client cannot provide a vector image, nor recall the font used on their logo. Only a low-res jpg exists. Can someone assist me, please?

"r" and "C" are "Zapfino Two"...
"n" is "Zapfino Three"...
"G" is "Zapfino Four"...
"e" is "Zapfino Alternate"...
