Try Cooper Black Swash Italic or Umbriago NF
Edited on Sep 17, 2012 at 18:21 by Rodolphe
I think it's a modified version of Cooper Black Italic. A version, by Wordshape, called Cooper Black Swash Italic has a similar P but is missing the swash on the lowercase letters.
Edit: Umbriago NF indeed! SashiX, you rule!
