Kat - that is a dingbat - it might be from Woodtype Ornaments - but I'm not sure. One of the old ornament fonts definitely... which - ??? LOL Maybe Garamond? With the new Mac I just can't see the fonts like I use to.
Dunno ... might be a character ...
Definitely a dingbat - I use to use it on open chapters - the font has one in the other direction - just for that purpose...
Darn, quite sure I've used that one somewhere
Could be just an embellishment (vector stuff) or swash/ligature/alternate/ornament sub font
(for English script, Edwardian, etc.)

I kind of get this feeling, by some of his recent posts that malvolio is testing us…
http://www.dafont.com/forum/read/65089/urgent I knew it
Thanks, pil, you've saved me 30 min of searching myself for sure
EDIT: well, it's actually "only" similar,
not exact match
I have the same, btw, not the one malvolio posted.

Perhaps the other foundry?

(or dare I say, modified)
pilaster said Dunno it was modified. This embellishment is quite famous. I have the same you've suggested but it isn't from Type Embellishments One
It's just a matter of finding the right one
As you said before, don't waste the time, since the sample seems recut from some clothes (maybe jeans), and since I have the 3 fonts from ITC and I think is close enough for a green one...

It's a green as far as I'm concerned (and my beer is getting warm)
